Cup O’Karma: Community Cafe for a Cause (Mesa) is a Workforce Development and Job Training Café located at 1710 W. Southern Ave., Mesa, AZ.  COK was donated to NATN by a local business owner in June, 2008 and continues to serve as a community mecca for local businesses, provides onsite social enterprise opportunities, and a meeting place for agencies and groups. The entertainment and activity menu features live entertainment: Monday Night Comedy; Artwork Gallery for local artists; Open Mic for budding musicians and poets; Children’s Story Hour – hosted by children’s book authors and BookPALs. Cup O’Karma: Community Cafe for a Cause (Chandler) is our second and newest location. Based on the social-venture model originated with our Mesa Café this additional café and galleria is situated in the lobby of the Chandler Main Library, at 22 South Delaware Street and was made possible through collaboration with the City of Chandler – providing food, beverages, on site advocacy and referral. Our phone number at our Chandler location is (480) 782-2770.

Our Cafe for a Cause is often referred to as our “link to the community”; a place from which many members of the community learn of our mission and join us. Cup O’Karma provides a host of resources and a safe environment for at-risk community members.
